Technical Lead (Peoplesoft)
 
The Job

You will:

  • Work with business users to document requirements and prepare specifications.
  • Work with project manager, solution architect, and users during the analysis, definition and development phrases. Define and develop functional and detailed design specifications according to business solution.
  • Perform system design, development (including customization, interfaces, conversion and reporting) and software release.
  • Conduct design / code review to ensure quality of software deliverables
  • Comply with established standards and processes
  • Provide support during system assurance test and user acceptance test.
  • Resolve production problems and providing timely management update
  • Act as project manager for small-and-medium-sized projects as assigned by technical/portfolio manager
 
About You

You should have:

  • University degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in PeopleSoft HCM development and support
  • Working experience on project management, software development/maintenance, implementation and migration in fast paced software development life cycle is preferred
  • Proven skill in PeopleSoft application development
  • Proven business skill in supporting HR / payroll applications
  • Able to lead offshore developers and work independently.
  • Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript and C# would be an advantage
  • Excellent analytical mind, and problem solving skills
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with internal IT, HR, payroll stakeholders and external vendors
