You should have:
- University degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience in PeopleSoft HCM development and support
- Working experience on project management, software development/maintenance, implementation and migration in fast paced software development life cycle is preferred
- Proven skill in PeopleSoft application development
- Proven business skill in supporting HR / payroll applications
- Able to lead offshore developers and work independently.
- Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript and C# would be an advantage
- Excellent analytical mind, and problem solving skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with internal IT, HR, payroll stakeholders and external vendors
