A Nasdaq-listed and established digital marketing and enterprise data solutions provider is looking for a (Sr) Technical Account Manager / Director (an individual contributor, Pre-Sales), for its Hong Kong office. 

This is a newly created role for a new cloud technology partnership to provide a new MarTech/Cloud solutions/SaaS to clients and support the growth and direction of the new business.

Reporting to the Head of International Business and working closely with the IT Director, Product Director as well as the Sales team, you will assist in formulating strategies, understanding prospective or existing clients’ needs and being the bridge between the Sales and Technical teams.

You need to have the technical know-how of cloud solutions and be able to communicate and present in front of clients.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to formulate and execute sales strategies for our data solutions / platforms business to achieve market penetration and business targets
  • Support pre-sales activities including but not limited to proposal preparation, providing pre-sales technical support to clients, solution demonstration and presentation, and follow-up project documentation
  • Liaise between the Technical team and clients to define and provide best-fit business solution as per clients’ requirements
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Management and Engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and coordinate technical resources for product enhancement
  • Work with external partners and internal teams to formulate and execute business solutions
  • Perform ad-hoc job task as assigned



  • Bachelor Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical selling (pre-sales) for technology solutions
  • Knowledge in Salesforce, Tencent Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud or other SaaS solutions
  • Proven experience in project delivery and delivery management
  • Fast learner with good analytical & problem-solving skills and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin


Candidates with more experience would be considered as Senior Technical Account Manager or Technical Account Director.
