One of our clients a well establish International brand is seeking a Team Secretary. They are looking for someone to fulfill the customer orders and provide high end administrative support to the Trading Division. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Compete Purchase Orders
  • Administer delivery documentations
  • Ensure all orders are accurately completed on time
  • Assist with stock management, inventory control, supply co-ordination and reporting
  • Administration and Secretarial support to the warehouse team
  • Other administrative duties are directed

Requirements:

  • Degree level education or equivalent
  • Excellent written spoken and written English is an absolute must
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail is a must
  • Strong planning and co-ordination skills
  • Ability to work under strict guidelines
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft skills set
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with both and external customers/ suppliers
  • Fluent to Native English, Cantonese.
