One of our clients a well establish International brand is seeking a Team Secretary. They are looking for someone to fulfill the customer orders and provide high end administrative support to the Trading Division.
Key responsibilities include:
- Compete Purchase Orders
- Administer delivery documentations
- Ensure all orders are accurately completed on time
- Assist with stock management, inventory control, supply co-ordination and reporting
- Administration and Secretarial support to the warehouse team
- Other administrative duties are directed
- Degree level education or equivalent
- Excellent written spoken and written English is an absolute must
- Strong communication skills
- High level of attention to detail is a must
- Strong planning and co-ordination skills
- Ability to work under strict guidelines
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Intermediate Microsoft skills set
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with both and external customers/ suppliers
- Fluent to Native English, Cantonese.
