Our client is a leading professional services company who is looking for a Facility & Operation Manager to lead a sizable team to manage daily operations and technical department and maintain a high standard of quality, safety of service.
Resposibilities:
- Achieving departmental targets and objectives in terms of safety, quality, service delivery and output set by company in line with Group’s policy and guidelines covering sustainability development
- Develop and review the departmental strategies, driving automation of processes via process reengineering projects as part of Continuous Improvement for better resource allocation, process efficiency, and enhancing overall productivity
- Ensuring appropriate and sufficient training to be delivered and advanced staff capability and competences within department
- Proactively support departmental daily activities with ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality and safety standards, company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
- Implement budgeting preparation and control the overall expenditure for daily operations, asset replacements, furniture refurbishment, alteration and improvement works
Requirements:
- Degree in Operations Management, Engineering or other related discipline(s)
- Over 10 years’ working experience in operations industry with high standard of safety and quality service, and at least 5 years at managerial level
- Excellent project management, facilitation, time & team management skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Work in irregular hour and holiday may be necessary
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Operation Manager
