Our client is a MNC Principal with wide range of product lines across household, beverages, groceries, and personal care.  Currently is looking for Senior Brand Manager to lead a team taking care of a food brand.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand building strategies, marketing and communication plans for Grocery products
  • Involve in developing strategies for new products from idea generation, research, flavor development, package design to product launch
  • Conduct market research and data analysis, draw insights and propose business actions
  • Identify brand opportunities and challenges for growth and development
  • Monitor Advertising and Promotion budget
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 6 years’ FMCG and MNC brand marketing experience
  • Experience in food and beverage industry is a definite advantage
  • Innovative and drives for changes
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Data sensitive and strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Assistant Brand Manager”
