A well-established property company is looking for a sales manager/consultant to promote the overseas properties to potential clients and work with the team to achieve sales target and team performance.
Your Main Responsibilities
Provide professional pre-sales and after sales services to clients
Hold seminars and give clear presentations to guide clients throughout the purchasing process
Create and manage distributor networks/channels to help generate leads and sales
Attend exhibitions/sales events to drive sales by developing and maintaining relationship with potential clients/investors
Conduct market research and analysis
Ad hoc duties assigned by the Department Head
Requirements
University graduated with 1-2 years sales experience, preferably in either the real estate or financial services industries
Experiences and exposures aboard are a plus
Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
A good team player with positive attitude to work in a flexible environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, mature outgoing personality, proactive and eager to achieve goals
Self-motivated with passion to develop in international property market
Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be available to work at weekends
