Our client is cyber-security start-up who grew its user to 2 millions in more than 6 countries in 2 years as well as trip digits sales growth regularly.  Expanding its footprints in Asia, currently looking for talented Pre-sales Engineer to join the Sales Team based in Hong Kong.

 

 

Your Key Responsibilities:  

  • Drive every technical part of a pre-sales cycle including product evangelization, design of custom-made solutions into complex environment, and explanation of advanced product features and capabilities 
  • Conduct Product demonstrations, presentations and technical-oriented conference calls or webinars 
  • Closely collaborate with the VP Sales APJ to ensure smooth sales
  • Prepare and deliver any technical elements of a sales proposal in front of customers
  • Provide in-depth technical expertise to partners and customers through technical presentations
  • Assess the customer’s level of security maturity and align solution design to meet business needs
  • Capture from the field product enhancements and work to provide superior customer experience
  • Assist the Sales team with the production of technical responses to RFP/RFI’s in a timely manner
  • Address technical questions, offer insight into best practices and orchestrate the successful delivery of Proof of Concepts
  • Own the technical discussions with the customer and partners and act as the vantage pre-sales technical Point-Of-Touch

 

Your Knowledge, Skills and Experience:  

  • Prior technical experience in networks and/or security applications
  • Experience in pre-selling to C/VP level technical buyers desirable and enterprise architecture principles in SaaS and on-premise environments
  • Experience in presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to translate technical features into value drivers and to architect solutions to solve customer problems and uncover business challenges
  • Willingness to regularly travel in the APJ region to meet with clients and partners
