A leading lifestyle and specialty group is looking for a Head of Marketing for its Hong Kong office. 


Reporting to the Section Head in Marketing and e-Commerce, you will effectively formulate marketing strategy, create marketing plans and lead the Marketing Division to achieve the business direction in HK and China.


You will lead of a team of 20 on all marketing and communications matters for the business, development and execution of omni-channel marketing and CRM initiatives.


Your Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop strategies of the Marketing Division contributing to the long term development of the Group
  • Establish Corporate guideline and workflow for selling & promotions activities in specific markets
  • Enhance workflow for Visual Merchandising and implement in the markets
  • Enhance Corporate Identity Manual reinforcing the Standard Guideline and implement in the markets
  • Direct the execution of the public relations programmes
  • Plan and control marketing budget to achieve optimal results for the Company
  • Develop KPIs with internal clients to facilitate performance management of the Marketing Division


Your Knowledge, Skills and Experience:  

  • University graduate in Marketing / Communications, with at least 15 years’ experience in related field with minimum 8 years holding a managerial position in retail industry as well as China exposure
