A renowned, international Internet company is looking for a hands-on, self-driven, committed and result-oriented person to drive and manage the online marketing activities for its Hong Kong office. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, your major responsibilities include:

Develop comprehensive marketing plans and tactical programmes

Manage and drive internal and external parties to maximise results on sales and marketing funnel

Plan, execute, measure, analyse and fine-tune all marketing initiatives
-
Monitor results and competitive environment to take real time actions
-
Manage advertising channels to maximize ROI on ad dollar spent
-
Help define business requirements, operational metrics, key performance indicators, etc
-
Head efforts for data modeling, segmentation and statistical analysis
-
Develop partnership marketing programmes and maintain relationships with partners
-
Create localised sales and marketing materials as needed
-
Assist in all 4P and 4R related initiatives
To meet the challenge, you should have:
-
A bachelor’s degree
-
Over 12 years of hands-on and practical experience in consumer sales and marketing; solid experience on acquisition marketing strongly preferred
-
Strong marketing concept + creative & copy writing skills in Chinese and English
-
Strong Online marketing experience required and knowledge in SNS / iWOM an advantage
-
Excellent marketing data analysis skills a MUST

Creative self starter with good business acumen

Excellent PC skills with solid knowledge of the Internet

Experience in managing internal marketing teams with excellent communication skills

Fluent in both Cantonese and English (mandatory), Mandarin an added advantage

Experience in using / implementing Salesforce.com CRM system an advantage
-
Experience in consumer goods and/or education industry a definitely advantage
