A leading European online FX trading and financial services company is expanding their new office in Hong Kong and is now looking for a Financial Market Trading Analyst – Greater China & Global Chinese Language, responsible for contributing daily financial market analysis for clients on own and paid media channels for the Company’s Greater China market and Chinese language audience worldwide. 


Reporting to the Senior Customer Experience Manager in Hong Kong, you will provide support to the Greater China marketing and PR team in enhancing the brand image by participating in different media interview tours and other relevant offline events. 


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Familiar with international and domestic financial markets
  • Synthesize and analyze financial industry information and data
  • Write daily commentary articles on certain assets across equity CFD, Indices, foreign exchange, commodities, metal, etc
  • Able to provide market analysis related content for market promotion purpose according to demand
  • Able to provide relevant market analysis in response to media email interview requests
  • Able to represent the Company to participate in face-to-face media interviews on quarterly media tours
  • Able to create educational materials for different level of investors in a variety of formats, not limited to copywriting, recording short videos


Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field of study
  • Verifiable trading analysis experience (at least 4 years)
  • Excellent research and financial market analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge on both technical and fundamental analysis
  • Good team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written Mandarin is essential; Good English is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
