A recognised digital marketing agency is looking for a Sales/Business Development Director for its Hong Kong office.
Reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for growing the digital business and revenues in Hong Kong.
Your Key Responsibilities:
To grow the Hong Kong business by leveraging your strategic and consultative sales experience, deep industry and sector expertise and broad network of contacts
To develop new sales approaches/strategic growth initiatives
To invest in a longer term pipeline, developing client relationships and sales opportunities beyond the financial year
To source and qualify prospective clients for different digital services (SEM, display, social, programmatic, etc.)
To identify key decision makers/C-levels, introducing the Agency as Hong Kong’s leading digital services provider
To secure sales meetings to determine and identify prospective client needs that align with Agency’s products and services
To successfully create sales presentations and proposals for key decision makers to secure the business
To provide senior leadership on consulting engagements to assist clients in developing digital marketing and advertising strategies and design new campaigns
Essential skills and experience:
A highly motivated individual with deep experience in digital marketing, services and analytics
Track records in presenting to senior client stakeholders/C-levels
Strong PowerPoint and report writing skills, and confident presentation skills
Highly numerate, able to interpret financial and customer data
Strong people management skills
Able to work effectively with multiple teams to effect change
Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience within digital marketing industry and/or agency side, with proven sales/BD background
Business/marketing degree level qualification
