A leading property development company is looking for a professional candidate who aspires for a managerial career in Human Resources. The successful candidate will handle our HRMS enhancement project and lead a team to perform C&B operation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct planning and implementation of the HR Management System enhancement project
  • Lead the C&B team to ensure continuous delivery and bring in improvement for payroll and employee services, in view of the changing market environment and business demands
  • Prepare HR budget, forecast and analytical reports for management review
  • Assist in reviewing and developing C&B policies, guidelines, procedures and other development initiatives at both Group and project levels

Requirements

  • Degree holder in related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years’ solid experience in C&B operation, with at least 3 years in supervisory role
  • Possess experience in coordinating HRMS implementation or enhancement is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • A strong sense of mission and responsibility
