Our client is leading retail group with diversified business in Hong Kong.  Currently looking for the Area Manager for Catering business to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the high quailty standard in day-to-day operations
• Monitor the performance of 6-9 outlets to maximize sales and productivity and manpower efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or above in catering/hotel management or related disciplines
• 6-8 years or above relevant experience with 3-4 years in supervisory role
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with positive and driven attitude
• Strong analytical skills, good interpersonal and problem solving
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency with excel and word processing
